This Privacy Policy describes how Nineby Go (“the App”), published by BFG, handles information. The App is a local, offline 9×9 Go (Weiqi / Baduk) game. Data stays on your device.

What the App stores on your device
- One in-progress game (board, whose turn, ko, captured counts, difficulty, last move)
- Whether legal-placement markers are on or off
- The last difficulty you chose
This information stays on your device. The App does not create an account and does not sync your games to BFG servers.
What we do not collect
- No advertising identifiers collected by the App for ads
- No third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
- No sale of personal information
- No network use after install — play works in Airplane Mode
Diagnostics and crashes
When you install builds through TestFlight or the App Store, Apple may collect crash and usage diagnostics according to your device settings and Apple’s policies. BFG may review crash reports Apple makes available in App Store Connect / Xcode Organizer. See Apple’s privacy information for those platforms.
Children
The App does not target children for data collection. It does not ask for names, emails, or account details inside the game.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way (for example if a future release adds accounts, cloud sync, ads, or a remote analytics sink), we will update this page and the “Last updated” date.
